Ashley is a Certified Athletic Therapist. She completed her schooling in 2013. Ashley treats her patients with a variety of techniques including visceral treatments, soft tissue work with an emphasis on exercise prescription. She is our Orthopedic Bracing specialist & Orthotic assessor, helping those in need lead a supported, active pain-free lifestyle.

Ashley has a vibrant, outgoing personality that brings fun and lightheartedness to the Podium atmosphere. Ashley is the owner and operator of Podium Sports Therapy Clinic. If you can't find her at the front desk or in a treatment room, she can be found behind the scenes completing all the necessary tasks to keep Podium moving forward.

Fun Fact about Ashley is, she owns a business in Kemptville; Arcand Party Tents plus, 6 Vending machines in the Ottawa area. She is a part of our local Senior BB women’s hockey team. She is also about to begin her parenting journey with her first son!
